During this half day mindfulness retreat find yourself sailing along the beautiful coast of Bonaire in silence as you’re guided through mindfulness practices focusing on reconnecting to yourself as a method to relax and calm the body and mind . Take time to float in the crystal blue ocean mindfully before enjoying a vibrant, vegan brunch. Leave this experience feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, refreshed and reconnected.

A four week introductory course in mindfulness.  During four weekly one hour sessions participants will learn and practice scientifically supported mindfulness skills to reconnect to the body, breath, and mind.  Course commitment includes daily homework and coaching.
