Mindful Island: Stories from the Deep

To live mindfully is to experience life in a rich and meaningful way. The depth of day-to-day interactions with others, nature, self, grows deeper the longer one practices presence.  Developing intentional awareness of awareness provides an opportunity to direct attention towards things that feel good, and in that way allows one to feel better. 

Better than what? Better than worse. But of course, worse is a relative term.
